Finchale Group staff celebrate achieving Investors in People

We are proud to announce that Finchale Group has been re-accredited with the prestigious Investors in People (IIP) Standard – the most successful framework for business improvement through people in the UK.

This award recognises a true commitment to our employees, and demonstrates a solid foundation of good practice which remains challenging and aspirational for many organisations.
