Covid-19 Business Update

As an organisation which supports individuals and businesses in County Durham and beyond, Finchale Group are focusing our resources on continuation of these services for our clients, many of whom are already isolated or facing multiple challenges.

We are following Government advice about managing our services and resources. For these reasons, we are no longer attending non-essential meetings or hosting training, meetings and events at our offices. We continue to support our Alternative Education provision whilst the schools remain open and have plans in place to continue that support remotely if the need arises.

Our staff team are working remotely from home, with effect from Wednesday 18th March until further notice. We will still be responding to, and following up, enquiries and requests over the phone and email. Please continue using our regular email addresses and our usual phone number. Your enquiry will be routed to a member of our team who can help you. We would ask our clients and partners to please keep an eye on our website and social media for updates and to follow Government Guidance.

As the information about managing Covid-19 is changing on a daily basis, we will continue to review our arrangements and will ensure we keep you updated as the situation progresses through our website and social media channels.
